Delete your Aura account

You can delete your account and all of your health data from inside the app. This page explains how, and what happens next.

  1. 1. Open Aura and go to You.

  2. 2. Tap "Delete my account".

  3. 3. Read what will be deleted, then type DELETE to confirm.

  4. 4. Your profile, tracking history, insights and conversations are removed and your sessions are signed out.

If you cannot access the app, email support and we will verify your identity and delete your account for you.
