- Is Aura a medical device?
- No. Aura helps you organize and understand data you tracked yourself. It does not diagnose conditions and is not a substitute for medical care.
- Can I use Aura as contraception?
- No. Aura is not a contraceptive and cannot tell you when you are or are not fertile. Fertility-related estimates are based on your cycle history and are labelled as estimates.
- Do you sell or share my health data?
- No. Health data is never used for advertising and is never sent to third-party product analytics.
- Which languages does Aura support?
- English and Spanish, and you can switch at any time inside the app.
- What happens to my data if I delete my account?
- Your profile, tracking history, insights and conversations are deleted. You can also export everything first.
- Does Aura work offline?
- Yes for tracking. Entries are saved on your device and sync when you are back online. AI answers and report generation need a connection.
